Making the Most of Conflict

Conflict presents both opportunities as well as costs. While we easily remember the failed projects, the endless infighting, the broken relationships, the hurt feelings, and the missed opportunities, we often forget about the innovative solutions, new understanding, greater resilience, and deeper connections with colleagues that come from conflict. The challenge is how to navigate conflict more effectively so that we experience more of the upside of conflict and less of the downside.
